Please read before placing your order!
Ice cream shipping is a tricky business so please read the below carefully so we can be sure you receive your ice cream in good condition.
- HOW IT SHIPS

We ship our ice cream UPS overnight and ground shipping depending on the destination. Your ice cream will arrive in a Styrofoam cooler with dry ice.
Should there be any dry ice left in the cooler when you receive it please DO NOT TOUCH THE DRY ICE. Remove your ice cream, and leave the dry ice in the cooler until it evaporates.
- WHEN IT SHIPS
- We accept orders 7 days a week, but we ship ONLY on Thursdays. Orders received before noon EST on Thursdays will go out that day for Friday arrival.
- HOW MUCH IT COSTS
- Ice cream shipping will cost approximately $30-$60 within the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping cost varies by weight and destination.
- WHERE TO SHIP IT

We recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to sign for the package during business hours (most deliveries between 12:00 PM and 4:30 PM).
If there is no one there to receive delivery a second delivery attempt may not be possible until the following day, which could result in melting.
We are not held responsible and we will not refund ice cream that melts as a result of no one being available to sign for the delivery.
- GIFT PACKAGES

You will receive a notification email with your tracking number when your order ships. Please let gift recipients know to expect a perishable package.
Chozen cannot be responsible for damage to unclaimed gifts. If the recipients are not available to receive the package, Chozen cannot be responsible.
It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure recipients are going to be home the on the date of delivery.

Weekend and Sunday deliveries are not available
We DO NOT ship internationally.
We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.
